Organizational Chart

The Center for Quality Assurance consists of 8 officers and employees: Director, Deputy Director and 7 employees.

In particular, 2 working groups perform 2 main tasks: Quality Management (QM) and Quality Assurance (QA)

– QM Team:

+ In charge of managing and developing management tools (e.g. Mekong Delta handbook, processes, regulations and tools …)

+ In charge of surveying, collecting and analyzing feedback from stakeholders: students, graduates, alumni, staff, lecturers, employers, etc.

– QA team:

+ Coordinate with the Labor Management Board in developing training programs; responsible for self-assessment and inspection in addition to training programs.

+ In charge of self-assessment and accreditation outside the University; University rankings.
